In short
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not store visitors’ personal data on its server.
Booking form
What you type into the booking form (name, contact, dates, group size and notes) is not sent to the site’s server. Your browser turns it into a message, which you then send to the team yourself via Instagram DM.
The team uses that message only to arrange your visit: answering questions, confirming dates and preparing activities. It is not sold or shared with anyone beyond what the visit requires.
Messages you send are also subject to Instagram’s privacy policy.
Third-party services
The maps on the home page and the Visit page are loaded from Google Maps. When a map is shown, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may record your IP address and technical browser details.
Instagram videos (where shown) are not loaded until you click them. After you click, the content is loaded from Instagram (Meta).
Links to Google Maps, GBIF, iNaturalist, IUCN, WhatsApp and Instagram take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
Photos
If you or your child appear in a photo on this site and would like it taken down, contact us and we will remove it.
Wildlife data
We do not publish where protected or trade-regulated animals are seen.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete any data you have sent to the team, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
